Surprise delivery – Black Hills Energy helps present business award in Arkansas
The Paris, Arkansas Chamber of Commerce annual awards presentation looked a little different this year. Instead of a banquet, representatives from the Chamber hit the road to deliver the awards to winning businesses.
Tonya Fletcher, Paris Chamber of Commerce director and Tom McCormick, Ozark division manager for Black Hills Energy presented Carla Engel, owner of the Little Shoppes, with the business of the year award.
