Nebraska employee steps up to help out
tball

Thanks to Chad, a Service Technician in our Imperial, Nebraska, office, and one of our ambassadors, that hasn’t been a problem in Imperial this season.

When Chad and his wife volunteered to coach their daughter’s T-ball team this spring, they quickly realized that the equipment they received from the league was lacking. “The main problem we see is girls not having a glove or forgetting their glove,” Chad explained. “We also were short on other equipment like helmets and batting tees.”

Chad used his Ambassador in Action project funds of $250 to purchase six gloves, three helmets and three batting tees to be split between the three T-ball teams in Imperial. The Imperial Softball/Baseball organization was grateful for the gift, which will benefit kids and coaches for years to come.

Our ambassador program helps employees develop leadership skills by coordinating community projects at a local level.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
